I've never understood the appeal of this.
I hate being around when people are working in my house, I dont care if its the plumber or whoever, I call them in and let them do their thing.
I'm especially not home when my housecleaner shows up.

I have a plumber that I call because I suck and I have a housecleaner that I pay because I'm lazy.
I'm not a 1%er so I cant afford a butler, especially not named Alfred. I'd be more in the 'Cletus' or 'Jim Bob' affordability category.

I remember as a bachelor thinking of hiring a service like this. The problem is, what do you do when she stops cleaning the room that you are in and moves on to the next?
E.g. You're on the couch, in the living room, half assedly watching TV or flipping through a magazine. She is cleaning the living room. Great, you can kinda keep checking out the eye candy while flipping channels/pages.
Then she moves on to one of the bedrooms. Do you follow her down the hallway and sit on the bed while she cleans that room? How weird would that be? But if you don't, then why pay for the "lingerie" or "topless" part of the service.
And hence, my hopes and dreams dashed, I hired a clothed cleaner.

I never really know what to think of services like this. I like my eye candy as much as the next guy, but if I'm hiring someone, I am spending money on them to do a job. Do these folks actually do a good job cleaning, or am I really just paying to have someone wander around my house in lingerie for a couple hours? And if that's the case, the nudie bar is likely a cheaper option.
Also, as mentioned, that would be a bit awkward when they finish in the one room and leave. "Uh...yeah...I...thought I'd just sit on my bed and read now..."

I dont know, maybe its just me but I think the whole thing would be wildly uncomfortable.
If I want someone wandering around my house in lingerie, I'd rather it be my wife.
