Looks like Ortio is on his way up:

“@dianacnearhos: Ortio is not on the ice this morning. Given Ramo's injury, I'd guess he's on his way to Calgary right now.”

I'd love for him to show he belongs up here so we could move one of Ramo or Hiller. I'm more excited about Ortio than I am about Gillies.

Ack, right before we face the Baby Oilers too!

The call up is long overdue for Ortio. It's a shame someone had to be injured for it to happen but very much long overdue. Ortio has been playing very well for Adirondack.

He did pretty good at times last season. I would love to have him come in and cause a goaltender controversy.

When Ramo went down following the collision, did anyone else find it weird/insensitive that they showed an Ortio highlight package on the jumbotron?
