My personal favorites are from Sin City and Blade II, from Blade II the scene where blade falls into the pool of blood rises kills 40 gaurds and than cuts that vampire right down the middle. And although it's short I love that scene after the Parole officer gets killed where Marv comes out with the hatchet on that SWAT team or whatever the hell they were.

Sin City had some amazing sequences.

The car chase from Bullit.

The car chase from the start of The Transporter (an otherwise forgetable movie)

The scene from the Matrix in the office lobby. (Music was what made that)

I also liked the office lobby scene from Matrix.

The boat chase in that Bond movie (Moore era)

The chariot race from Ben Hur, anyone?

Pretty much all of T2, but the part at the end where he kills no-one, but hurts everyone.

The mid-air scrap from Point Break.

And who can forget the scrap at the end of Friday...? "You got knocked the fata out!"

Pretty much all of Jet Li's "Twin Warriors".

Kill Bill: The Blonde Warrior's fight scene in the restaurant is a recent favorite.

Sin City: Everything including Marv.

Last but not least: The Boxing scenes from Snatch, probabley my favorite 1 on 1 fight scenes ever.

Too add another there are alot of good action scenes in Underworld. I love that scene is Swordfish were Travolta stands up in the car and shoots the drivers to the both sides of him, that was pretty good. Also another good one in the Matrix is when Morpheus is chained to the chair in the building and the helicopter comes and shoots out the room and frees him. Plus I can't believe I forgot the famous Tony Montana scene in Scarface, "You Die Mother fataer!!!"........."I'm Still Standing.....WHAT!.....You can't kill me I'm Antonio Montana", and to add one more before I list off every action scene in every movie, although it's not really action it is violent, the scene at the end of Casino with the bats is good........

I watch too many movies................

You hit two of the ones that I was thinking of in Bullitt and the transporter (I can't believe they are making a sequal).

There were some good ones in Lethal Weapon 1 and 3 also. 2 sort of sucked.

Car chases in Ronin and Bourne movies. There's something about car chases in European cities that always feels superior to North American cities.

I love the train crash scene in The Fugitive. I love to turn up the sound and feel the vibrations.

I also like the scene the next day, when the cops are pouring over the crash site. Looked pretty cool to see the crash the day after.

Sin City (All Marv, all the time) Couldn't agree more.
I also liked the fight scene in Fightclub, when he is in his boss's office. Classic.
The last Bourne movie chase scene was wild. (Just saw it last week)
That Bond scene (Moore, early 80's) while he is on ski's and everyone is shooting at him. That seems to be embedded in my head from childhood.

The chase scene in Bullitt as was mentioned before.

I like the chase scenes in the two Bourne movies as well.

At the time, in the early 1980's, the fighter pilot combat scenes in Top Gun were considered unique and cutting edge . . . . . but they've probably been done better since then.

Some fistfight scenes in some cowboy movies, The Searchers and The Big Country, were pretty good and probably aren't well known right now.

Heat: The gun battle in the street after the bank heist. Long, loud, and very well filmed. Pretty cool movie all around.

Ramelle or something like that wasn't it?
Both those scenes are amazing.

The final ship to ship battle on Master and Commander is another great war scene.

Terminator 3 ... that scene where the hot chick terminator was on the crane and smashes the building chasing Arnie.

Lots of crazy cool things happen in that 10 minutes.

The hospital scene in "Hard Boil." One of the most intense gun battle scenes I've ever seen. Directed by John Woo
