Night sweats
Lately I've been having some severe night sweats. It's not like my house is warm and I've turned the heat off at night and it's about 15*C in the house with a ceiling fan on.
I usually have to pee around 4 and when I lay back down it's so uncomfortable with a wet bed. At that point the bed would be dry by the time I woke up. Well the last two days my side of the bed is SOAKED and really bad last night
Sunday AM
Monday AM
anyone have the same issue...
oh in before the trolls talking about puberty, or peeing the bed... go troll elsewhere

I'd chat with the doc. Night sweats can be a sign of certain medical issues. Best to let the doc decide if there's a problem or you just sweat more than the average person.
Or....it's menopause. I'm kidding but that is a real issue for women.

I'm no doctor but many types of medication can cause excess sweating. If you're taking anything maybe check for side effects.

Do you suffer from anxiety at all? Or having anxiety attacks during the day lately?
I did this for about a week when my anxiety was terrible during the day and found out that I was having nocturnal anxiety attacks. It woke me up once but a couple times I apparently slept through them or when it did wake me up, the flight or fright part passed and I woke up not sure why I was wide awake.

As a pharmacist, I can tell you it's certainly menopause.
On the serious side, mostj common reasons would be infection or anxiety. Rarely some things like cardiac issues or endocrine dysfunctions (like hyperthyroidism, etc)

Definitely requires a medical workup - better to be safe in this case, PIMking.

Get a mattress pad if you don't already have one.

Hope they find the cause PIMking.
Mattress pad as mentioned above is a good idea until the doc figures what it causing the night sweats.

Were you anxious that we wouldn't believe you? The photo evidence seems a little unnecessary.
But like SP says, it's totally menopause.

definitely see a doctor if it persists. You're a good guy and a lot of men are too stubborn to go to a doctor and a minor issue becomes a major one.

Agree with the comments here that a visit to the doc is always a good idea.
Don't discount anxiety as a cause. The "anxiety" doesn't need to be something you're worried about. It can simply be a significant change or an upcoming transition that you're not consciously worried about, but that occupies thoughts. I say this from experience as I intermittently experience this... a couple of nights in a row once every 2 or 3 years.

I had this happen to me last year. I had to sleep in towels, then change the towels through the night. Turns out it was psuedoephedrine. It was in the buckleys pills, and obviously the Sudafed pills I took throughout that infamous flu. Lost 10 lbs!
