There are a few places around town where you can buy ticket packs that include bus rides, beer, food, and Flames tickets for a package price. Most of them release the tickets monthly or bi-monthly so that lesser budgets can have a fair shake at getting to a few games this year. Most tickets are in the rush seating nose bleeds but at least you can be in the 'Dome atmosphere.
This is a list of what I know so far, and if people contribute new sources I will do my best to update this post. Please contribute what other deals you know of. I hope this is helpful.
"Calgary's Best Pubs"
(aka Dixon's, Joyce, Kilkenny, Limerick's, & Seanachie)
What's Included:- 2 Tickets to the Game, Molson Fan Zone, Rush Seating
- 2 Pints of Molson
- 2 Steak Sandwiches
- Bus ride to and from the 'Dome
Prices:- $69.99 - Regular Package (non-division rival)
- $99.99 - Premium Package (division rival)
- $119.99 - Ultra Premium Package (Season Opener etc)
Game Availability / Notes:
Ticket voucher is sold, non-returnable, and non-sellable (they are registered by your driver's liscence or ID number to offset scalpers and ebay-ers). Voucher can only be exchanged for tickets on game day a few hours before hand.
Every home game within a given month goes on sale at the end of the previous month. (eg: All October home games go on sale September 27th).

Unknown if tickets or vouchers are sold. If someone knows I will update this portion.
Seemingly random home games throughout a given month, 3 or 4 per month. Tickets become available for two or three month's worth at a time, at the begining of the first month of a new availability.

- $4.75 in your pocket from lack of "convenience charge"

Game Availability / Notes:
Actual tickets are sold at Sport Chek stores across Calgary and select Southern Alberta locations.
Tickets are released in four game incriments throughout the season. Sport Chek has an agreement with the Flames organization to distribute tickets in this manor for this price over the next three years.

Each Calgary Co-op has up to 5 pairs of tickets for sale for every regularly scheduled Flames home game. For your chance to purchase two tickets. You need to get in the Flames ticket line-up at Calgary Co-op stores at 7 p.m. on the draw dates below. You'll receive a numbered ticket and a draw will be made shortly after. You must be present for the draw. Winners may purchase two seats in the Coca-Cola Real Fan Zone.
