Default January 20, eight games.

There is just one game on national television for the Tuesday OOT.
There are some intriguing match ups for Centre Ice viewers and it will be
an early night as there are no games in the Pacific and Mountain time zones.

As an aside, congrats to Flame fans on their teams gritty win vs. the Kings.
Hmmmmm ... Ovy makes it 1-0 for the Cap's.

Oilers don't bother covering Ovechkin on the PP. The predictable result happens.

Could be a high scoring one in Washington. Save percentage of both goalies combined is .666 so far...

Detroit has a 2-1 lead with Dubnyk in net, two goals on six shots.

Washington really impressing me with their disciplined game, defense first but taking advantage of ozone opportunities.

I have never seen a team leave Ovechkin uncovered like the Oilers. Have they heard he's good?

Rinaldo will get a suspension for his hit on Letang tonight. Right from behind, left his feet, hit Letnag's head into the glass. Such a stupid play.

Nikitan draws the mighty Oil to 3-2 with seconds remaining in the second period.

Lots of scraps in this Philly/Pens game, lots of action. Raffl has fought, Voracek has fought, and now Luke Schenn did pretty well in a scrap with Downie.

Fight night in Philly...pure mayhem since Letang got crushed on a brutally dirty hit by Rinaldo who is going to get way over 5 games.

3 fights in the last 10 minutes or so...good stuff!!

Quick whistle robs the Flyers of a goal

EDIT: On the replay the goalie may have initially had it covered

I'd love to see a Flyers/Pens playoff series. If tonight is any indication it would be pure crazy.
