This is the second consecutive year that these two teams have met on american Thanksgiving Day.
Last year the game was in Edmonton, is this a new tradition?

Happy Thanksgiving to our american Calgarypuck posters.

Oilers dominating the shot clock. Corsi'ing it up. Gonna go on a 6 game win streak here just to get the fans hopes up

Are the guys calling the game tonight on SN the regular Oilers crew? They sound terrible. No excitement or life in their voices.

The Thursday games on Sportsnet 360 have the regional announcers call the game. The exception is when two canadian teams play each other, the announcers are a mix of both commentary teams.

Refs are probably confused why the oilers are upset that goal was disallowed.

Glad to see the Oil back each other after the criticism of two games ago.
Scoreless after 2 periods on the road is better than expected.

Those girls the Preds have dancing in the aisles look fantastic but seem extremely out of place.

Oilers have played pretty well though.. not a ton of top notch chances but haven't given up a ton either... although that Preds disallowed goal was a dive by Fasth.

I'm kind of curious if there is another fan base in the NHL that talks about another team as much as calgary fans talk of Edmonton. I mean today there were a bunch of threads on the first page about the oilers.. On calgary puck. Even Edmonton fans don't talk about
Calgary much.

Honest wondering not trying to be judgemental or anything. I'm an oilers fan on a flames board for what it's worth.
