I think it was planned. They probably got one of the trainers to call Johnny out of the dressing room for a moment and then the guys said "lets all stop short of staying Go Stamps Go".

You could tell it was planned - Look at Ramo's smirk in the video.

It wasn't planned. They were told to say just Go Stamps. A few every time would add the extra go. Final got all the rest right and Johnny still adds the go. Worked out better that way anyway
