Icon42 Bouwmeester's iron man streak ends

Jeremy Rutherford @jprutherford
Bouwmeester (lower-body injury) is NOT on the ice for warm-ups. The streak will end at 737. #stlblues

Fairly impressive feat for a hockey player.

In before the Jbo and Feaster hate.

It's kind of funny but Bouwmeester would fit in with our D core and style of play now quite well actually.

Hell of a feat. Shame Jaybo couldn't keep it going.

Damn, was hoping he could be the #1 ironman one day.

Jay Bouwmeester is on pace for 8 points this season, playing with Pietrangelo.

I gotta disagree, the team plays with fire and pride...they hate to lose...Not qualities I think of from bouw.

IMO, this is actually more impressive, as Cogliano has never missed a single NHL game to date in his 8 year career.

Long term the Flames will be better off with Poirier. He plays with a purpose. Bouwmeester just exists.
