FS: Sealed Xbox One + 6 Games (All Sealed) + Receipt for xBox

My brother was talking about how excited he was for Sunset Overdrive coming out, so I bought him an Xbox One for Christmas with Sunset Overdrive and a few other games.

This past weekend he decided since he is a grown man, he doesnt need to wait for Holidays for presents and bought himself the Sunset Overdrive package (Completely unaware of the gift coming his way). SO! I am looking to sell this package I bought for him.

I would return it, but was unable to since I purchased the xBox with Shoppers Optimum points. I can provide the receipt for warranty purposes. So it is just like buying new! just avoiding the GST.

Bundle includes:
500GB Assassin's Creed Holiday Bundle (Comes with Unity + Black Flag)
1 unopened copy of Sunset Overdrive
1 unopened copy of Ryse
1 unopened copy of Call of Duty: Ghosts
1 unopened copy of Titanfall

Retail for all this is over $600 after GST.

Looking for $475 with Sunset Overdrive ($425 without...could still return this to Costco)
