La-z-boy Couch for sale

Update: Turns out you can't sell used furniture in this town, so I'm swapping it out for something I broke.


I am selling a beautiful, solid couch that I wish I wasn't selling. Unfortunately, it won't fit in my house, because I have an older house with a small door.
This couch is a very high quality piece. It's a la-z-boy, so you know it will last. We had been storing it for a number of months to use in our new basement renovation, before realizing that it was too large to fit down our staircase. We would really love to keep this couch, but alas we cannot. Couch is currently in a storage container on my property, and is super easy to access and take away.

Couch still looks and sits like it is new.
Genuine leather, not bonded leather.
Good stitching
Still soft and firm like a new couch.
Solid back support
Cushions are still firm, and are not scratched or damaged.
Light brown leather color.
Nail stud accents.

Dimensions: 88 inches long (~7 1/2 feet long, you will fit on it lying down. This is something I always liked about the couch. Sleeping on it is as nice as sitting on it). 38" tall, and 38" deep. There are feet that remove, making the minimum height 35 1/2". Sadly, my door was only 32" wide, so the couch does not fit inside.

Nice couch, but $4000 new? There is no couch on their site over $1900 and thats a reclining sleep sofa?

That's what my mother-in-law told me. This couch is no longer made, they used to have very expensive couches.

Not like you have to spend that amount anyways, it's only $500 now! It's a steal!

Well, apparently no one wants a couch. Luckily, I have this spare couch, I guess, because the other day at my mother-in-law's condo, I accidentally destroyed the couch in the lobby by sitting on it. Seeing as no one wants a nice couch, I'll just replace that piece of garbage couch that can't even handle being sat on with this luxury couch. Sounds about right.
