Default Video Editing Question

I shot some video last weekend for our opera company. I'm no expert but I'm pretty happy with a clip I put together using iMovie. Only problem is I did the wide shot and closeups on different nights so there are a few continuity issues.

Worst among them is that one of the guys switched from a light shirt to a dark shirt. He's not the main focus of the clip but does figure prominently in a couple of cut-aways.

My question is are there any decent tools out there for recolouring something like a shirt? The scenes are a few seconds each, there's not much movement, and I would be changing from light to dark.

Also, one cutaway (a different one) is ever so slightly out of focus. Is there any way to sharpen it (I realize I can't actually change the focus after the fact).

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
