Ducks-Blues trade

Well the Ducks have started the season with 2 consecutive wins but haven't been happy with the production of the 2nd line. We like to have good 2 way C in our top 2 lines, Stepan is young with potential but he struggled to start the season. As a result he has been shipped out to St. Louis, here is how the trade looks.

To the Blues:

To the Ducks:
David Krejci

Krejci is exactly the type of guy we want on our 2nd line. We lose a bit on the age and with the fact he will be a UFA in 2 years but for now he is a 7.75 cap hit, a slight ratings upgrade and can play in any situation. Thanks to Ryan for the easy trade talks.

The incresed DF rating was important for this season, and moving forward the RFA contract is also beneficial.

I also believe that Stepan wont be too far behind Krejci from here on out, possibly even exceeding
