Default We got this

We've done it all year, we play best with our backs against the wall, under pressure is when we are at our best, who cares about the refs, who cares about mistakes made by a young maturing team, at the end of the day this season has been magical no matter what but I still feel that the Flames have their best games in them. Don't give in now, the Flames definitely won't roll over Sunday,

We got this!

I will certainly be watching Game 5 with the expectation that the Flames will have the opportunity to win. No give up here!

Never give up! Never surrender! The curse will be broken tomorrow... The flames are getting better every game and it will continue tomorrow night.

This has been a season full of moments where this team defies the odds... It's destiny to do it in the same fashion in this series.

As I said in a thread last night, it's hard to put a finger on, but IMO this team , in some form or fashion, and as it has all year, will find yet another way(s) to make us fans proud before the season is done.

Not sure what that is, and it may not mean winning 3 straight to get to the WCF...breaking the Honda Centre curse is one obvious one, but I really do think that there is another chapter, 2 chapters or even just a half chapter left in the book, where, as the analysis begins in the offseason and we step back an truly appreciate what has been done by the team this year, we have another "this is awesome" moment.

They've definitely shown they can keep up with the Ducks. No reason why they can't win tomorrow.

They have to do a better job of winning the loose puck battles.

Put Giordano back in the line up. I don't care if he's not 100%. It's now or never.

We got this.

If he's not 100% and not medically cleared to play, you would be risking his career.

So be it.

Glory requires sacrifice.

Giordano has been practicing for weeks. I'm not suggesting we ruin his career, but Monahan and Hudler are obviously not 100% and they are playing.

Sure, but they've been medically cleared to play. Gio hasn't been, and is coming off a major surgery.

The only way he plays is if he's medically cleared to do so.

I'm not ignorant to the fact he has to be medically cleared to play. Nobody on this forum is.

I'm just saying we need him and what he brings to the table come this elimination game tomorrow.

Face it, Gio is not coming back. Period. We could potentially end his career if we chose to play him..

I doubt anything that has to do with the bicep would be career ending.

But yeah, I doubt he's coming back, nor should he.

If his bicep gets reinjured before it has a chance to heal properly it could lead to long term complications. I'd rather see a 100% healed Giordano ready to go for the start of next season than to play games with his long term health just to roll the dice on a longshot scenario of the Flames trying to come back from a 3-1 hole against the top team in the conference.

Haven't these Flames always done their best work down by two going into the end?
