Looks like a great area with nice amenities in the building. Good luck and thanks for clarifying. You should update rentfaster with 'no parties in the kitchen'! That thing is an abomination for 1000 square feet.

Probably needs better picture for the kitchen. I think it is small, but not how you're thinking it is. Again, this isn't my place so I have no say on what picture owner wants to use.
