Custom Orthodic Dress Shoes

I have heard that it is possible to have a custom pair of dress shoes with orthotics built in made. Has anyone had experience with this?

Also with the question above, my work benefits cover a certain portion involved with orthotics. Has anyone successfully had a portion of custom made shoes covered under something similar?

Why not get a real pair of orthotics (casted), then insert the $400.00 - $500.00 orthotics into any dress shoes (or any other shoes) you wish.
