Is it normal for players to stay where they play the team is for the summer? I thought people usually go back to their hometowns and where they live etc. I'm asking this because it seems like Bennett and Stajan etc stay in Calgary

You're going to see a lot of farm kids and prospects work out in CGY for the summer after a short break.

Seems like it's been like that for a couple of years now. Or at least it's being mentioned more frequently.

As for Vets, I don't really know.
