LF - Personal Trainer
Hi All,
I'm starting to get into lifting weights and think that a 3 day/week plan would be ideal for me. I believe I found one off the net somewhere, but would be open to a customize workout routine.
Looking for a personal trainer that can take me through the motions of my workout routine showing me proper technique.
I work downtown in the Telus building. Generally I workout after work (5 - 6 PM ish) monday wednesday friday.
I think that 6-9 sessions would be perfect for me.
