Does Anyone In Calgary Do Outdoor Event Set-Up?

Hey all,

So basically we're having a procession for a wedding in a parking lot at a hotel in August and I'm trying to plan for the worst.

Trying to think if it rains, how would I keep the procession alive?

I'm thinking maybe if we had a back-up plan to have tarps or something like that set-up in the route that our procession or parade would go maybe that could fly? As an FYI the procession will include a group or people and a car going through it as well.

Anyone have any ideas? Or if there are any services in Calgary where they could do that sort of service?

I'd give Calgary Party Rental's a call. They have a number of tents that are specifically meant for wedding seating, however they are so large that I can't see why a normal sized car width wouldn't fit through. Or even the gazebo style ones since they are all open and would just be a covering on top. http://www.calgarypartyrental.ca/tents.htm

There's actually about a dozen places in Calgary that rent these sorts of things so if these two don't have the availability for your date, you can look up "Calgary Party Rentals" and should get a huge list of places to call and try.
