Emergency Plumbing Problem
Today I turned out the outside two garden water shut off from the basement for the first time.
Problem one, only one of the two garden water taps has water, the other outside water tap has no water pressure.
Problem two, the entire main floor and second floor have no water pressure.
I turned off and on the main water shut off and it doesn't help. The basement has perfect water pressure though.
Anything I can do to fix it? Thanks.
