Here are some exhibition games with ratings.
The September 28 HNIC single header featuring the Red Wings at Leafs had 928,000 viewers.
The September 21 HNIC doubleheader:
game one featuring the Leafs at Sabres had 849,000 viewers
game two featuring the Canucks at Oilers NA
Habs on RDS
Wednesday, September 25
Habs at Senators had 431,000
Thursday, September 26
Senators at Habs had 481,000

I don't know but my initial guess is no?
Prime time slot and had lower ratings than the Canucks game

It is a good rating in comparison with past Flames games on TSN. Two years ago on Wednesday, October 20, 2011, it was the Rangers at Flames. This was the first time the Flames were on TSN for that season and there were only 402,000 viewers.
The Flames-Capitals game was during eastern prime time while the Canucks-Sharks game was in western prime time.

I disagree. There was a three way split telecast this past Saturday and that is a good reason why there were approximately 300,000 more viewers than the previous Saturday. The other constant on those two Saturdays is that the Canadiens were also playing.

After about 10,000 the other night vs. LA, PHO has dropped below the NYI for last place.
