Does he count against the salary cap after Lucic kills him?

I never got over how Weise actually told the media what was said on the ice. I'm fairly sure that a big no no between players.

Either way, he was a solid player for them in the playoffs. Good deal.

I don't think Weise told the media, I think people just read lips and reported it?

Yea, he didn't say anything to the media. They asked him about it, he said it was said on the ice, so he was going to keep it that way.

True. After a quick Google search, Weise didn't say exactly what Lucic said, but still commented to the media about it, which is pretty lame.

He bitched about it to anyone who would listen, then said he wouldn't say what was said.

Again, they asked him about it. It was obvious what happened, he didn't tell them anything they couldn't tell from watching the video.

Why blame Weiss? It was Lucic holding up the handshake line.

I still think it's funny Lucic called Weise a baby. Lucic deserved to get called out by the media for the way he acted.

Looked like a run of the mill plug in NYR and Vancouver but really seemed to fit in well with Montreal. Seems like a good fit and good price for the Canadians.

How is Weise the bad guy when it was Lucic being a dink? Get over it, Hab Haters.

Not as lame as when Lucic acted like a whinny little bit in the hand shake line.

Well, what is said on the ice should stay on the ice.. but blaming Weise is a bit overblown in my opinion. It was clear there was 'something' said in the handshake line. Media questioned Weise about it. Weise left most of it on the ice, and just acknowledged that something was said to him and a few others. Not a big deal.

Lucic was the big baby, not Weise.. and I dislike the Habs so it isn't as if I am being a Habs apologist.

Lucic is quickly starting to turn into a DB in my opinion.

Markov was the one who started it. Then Lucic lost his ####. If anything Markov should be blamed as much for being the dink as Lucic should.
