All they need to do is remove the "Special" and the "to the" from his title anyways....

For the AGM, is that Conroy or are they bringing in someone else? Does Treliving have someone in Phoenix that he wanted to bring along?

I heard from a solid source, while waiting in line at Orange Julius, that Nick Ritchie will be the new AGM. Everybody panic.

I'm guessing its Conroy. Initially I thought his role fell under the category of public relations but he has worked hard developing his business acumen. Natural next step for him.

I wonder if this has something to do with the hiring of a new coach for the Hitmen? Ken Babey perhaps? Wouldnt they announce that as a Hitmen press conference though?

Burke this morning said the AGM would be announced in the next couple of days. Most likely that.

The phrasing he used was "staffing announcements."

The fact that Conroy was retained by Burke after Feaster and Weisbrod were let go tells me that he's more than just a PR guy. I'm not saying he should be the AGM but if it happened it would be nice to see for one of the good guys in the league.

2:1 odds Treliving fired, Doug McLean hired. Burke realized the error of his ways. Who's taking bets?

I hope it's 2 AGMs if Conroy is going to be the one promoted.

I like Conroy but I don't know if he's AGM ready yet. If they have 2 AGMs then I would be fine with it.

Why not just put out a press release and be done with it? Why the big announcement for supporting staff in the organization? Seems a bit overkill.

My guess is a new AGM from outside, Conroy promoted to AGM of player development and Ron Sutter made GM of Adirondack, assuming he is still with the organization
