If the first auction winner won the privledge of taking this girls virginity. How can she auction it off again? By her own definition, losing her virginity is breaking her hymen, so wouldn't the first auction winner just get to keep trying until he is successful in taking her virginity?
Either this guy has found a great loophole or he should be able to successfully lawyer up.
