Ignoring the Backstreet Boys part of the equation, I'd rather sit in the first row of 213 for a concert than row 26 on the floor, especially if I was short.

personally, i'd want it that way to sit in row one; although they BSB will look larger than life if you opt for the floor seats......

You should note that seats 19-20 put you 4-5 seats away from the aisle that is shared with section 214.
