Room for sublet - $700/month May-Aug

Gonna be away from May to August, so I'm looking to sublet my room. Kijiji ad is linked. $700 including utilities, internet, parking spot, furnishings. Big backyard with fruit trees. Great location in Cambrian Heights. Would be sharing a main floor 3 bedroom with one other person.

I like how the ad shows the kitchen counters cluttered with bottles of booze. And it's close to the university. I lived near there with fellow students for one year of undergrad. Good times, thankfully good GPA also. Great backyard for summer fun.

My roommate has picked up quite a collection, that's for sure. Every time we have people over, we end up with more booze than we start with. It's a good problem. Would be a good place for a student taking summer classes or someone back in town for their summer break. Not really a big party house.
