Will you be cheering for a Flames win or a loss tonight?
Given the draft impact (4th position vs 5th position), I wonder what the general feeling on this board is?
For me, I hate to say it, but for this "meaningless game", I gotta (arghghgh), cheer for a Canucks win, due to i) higher draft position and that ii) 2.6% additional chance for a number one draft pick.
I'll be wearing a paper bag over my head tonight watching the game.

Hoping we lose because I want a star.
I'm pretty much a mix of Hitler and Stalin. Stitler.

Why did I think of this guy when you said that?
Edit: I won't cry at a win but I want that 4th pick. Weak draft means the higher the pick the better.

Since the islanders won, I REALLY REALLY hope we lose.
Even if we get an OT point we're good, just please no regulation win.
4-3 Canucks in OT.

Cheer for a win and then cheer for a lottery win on Tuesday too.
I will never cheer for a loss, but I won't be upset by one tonight.

Win. Granted if it goes to a shoot out I might change my mind. Don't care for the shoot out .

the Isles win ensured that I'm pretty much happy with every outcome of the Flames game. Always want them to beat the Canucks, but at least a loss wouldn't feel as ####ty as usual.

Win. I always cheer for a win. Would a higher pick be better? Yes. But our final game is against the damn Canucks. We can't lose to the Canucks.

Just win baby. Cheering for a loss for your team is a loser attitude. It would be awesome to have the top pick but I won't cheer for that.

It's purely emotional, but I can't endorse a Canuck's win. Seeing them get trounced at home in front of their dickish fans is worth it.

Perfect scenario: cheering for a win, but if we don't, there's an excellent consolation prize!
