Default Moving to Calgary!... finally

Well the time has finally come.. I am making the move to Calgary. My wife is heading up at the end of this month and I will be along shortly after. I will be back and forth between Calgary and Oklahoma until my work permit is approved. Im pretty stoked! I know a lot of people have asked me about this and I never had a concrete answer so I wanted to share the news with CP.

I have spoke with and met with quite a few of you over my years of traveling to and from Calgary and setting up the CP Christmas Shinny. There are a ton of very helpful people on CP whom have assisted me with my moving questions and information. I wanted to say "thanks" to all of you who have given me advice and helped me with this move etc.

My wife more so than me. I love Calgary but I love Oklahoma too. I will be glad to be away from the tornados ( for the most part anyway). Either way I am excited , I will miss home but am looking forward to the move.

There's just enough water here now that they're water spouts.

Congrats Nicker. Happy for you and your wife. You've been through enough, I'd say.

I am retired in America , I might be able to make a comeback in Canada though. Kind of like a Doug Flutie story but I'll never go back to American ball. I will actually be in Oklahoma for most of August. I run my hockey team here and I am the only one who will work to put on our Labor Day tournament. OkGladiatorsHockey.com .

No worries about retirement. I think Aeneas mistook 'drinking gear' for 'ball gear.'

HA! Aeneas has been recruiting me since I first met him. He found out I played ball in college ( see a long long time ago) and he has been after me ever since. I am pretty sure he has been trying to fax me a contract since I made this thread.
