Thought the Flames played pretty well for the most part, especially in that 2nd period. The 3rd period was ridiculous.
Garbage reffing.

Brodie had every right to be pissed off. Wonder what set off Backlund so much?

Loved the no-quit attitude of the team. The guys played great and can't fault them at all.
PHX, and its team of dirtbag led by the refs on the other hand...

The refs came out strong for the Coyotes in the 3rd.

shameful reffing but our boys still kept themselves in the game playing shorthanded for most of the third. And phoenix will be all proud of the win.

This is why, after the traditional rivals, I hate Phoenix third most.

Of course it had to be Shane "Slewfoot" Doan with the game winner. Garbage.

I hate the Yotes. Bunch of d-bags. And that reffing was an absolute joke. That being said, I'm still proud of the boys. Another solid effort in another close one goal game. This team never gives up, and I love that.

Well, they tried to top the officiating from the Montreal-Ottawa game, but couldn't quite pull it off.
Not a great night for the zebras on national television though.

Nothing to add that hasn't been said. Officiating was laughably one sided and bush league. Calgary continues to never quit, love the attitude of most of the players, especially love the chip on Backlunds shoulder these days.
Gonna go find something to punch.
