Door Repair
Hi Everyone. No luck on this in the Power Ring forum so I thought I'd try here.
I live in a townhome in Dalhousie and my front (outside) door has seen some significant wear and tear to the point where it doesn't stay closed unless deadbolted and even that is becoming difficult. I'm pretty sure I need a whole new frame/jam. Anyone here do work like that or know the best place to go? Should I be talking to my condo association? Most of the dammage is my fault, so I would likely be paying for it either way, but would they have contractors on file/call for stuff like this? Thanks!
