Don't feel bad, I found your responses REALLY informative. They basically have helped shift my philosophy of food service.

You gave better clarity to how a restaurant should be run from the perspective of someone in the industry as opposed to a generic customer service one that I had.

I would have backed you up, but yeah, I knew of the history haha.

She used to have a blog, lamenting the food industry. She still might if you look.

I have a theory that Springs1 is like The Dread Pirate Roberts.

She reveals herself to someone when she's ready to give up the trolling cause, teaches them of the waitress ways and then the new person becomes Springs1 for a whole new generation.

It would explain the countless blogs, and why the writing on the blogs is different than the writing on the forums.
