Backlund was consistently noticeable yet again. Stajan's been doing things that would offer people fewer reasons to be enraged that he was extended. Cammy simply lacks any semblance of mojo right now- whiffing on pucks, losing battles, gliding around, etc.
Philly had more jump than us from the get-go and didn't provide a lot of time or space. At least we made a game of it in the end and robbed Emery of the shut-out. In circadian terms, this was a breakfast game for the Flames, so whatever...

Wideman has been terrible lately. Hudler has been far less than stellar. Cammalleri is fighting it, but that's not surprising given his situation. I thought most everybody else was good.
Could have been a different game if Stemps shows a little more intensity when he gets the puck wide open in front.
