Default Evolution condos/6th&10thcondo/Guardian condo
Hello friends,
I would like to purchase a 1 bedroom condo in either of the units.Anyone bought a unit in any of these condos? your thoughts/suggestions on these condos are welcome.I would like your thoughts on the location/prices/future re sale etc.

All I've heard about these condos is that they're several hundred square feet on the wrong side of 'cozy'.
