Sochi Olympics Thread

Thought we could probably use an "ongoing" Sochi Olympics thread... I'm thinking its going to be a gong show security wise and not to duplicate this thread but I think a spot to post not only about security issues or events but also the competitions, athlete drama and achievements etc...

I love the Olympics but doing it in Russia is going to be a mistake... On the news today I heard they (Russia) has hired a company to cull all the stray dogs that are running around the parks there...

There is a reason that Russia has a "Meanwhile in Russia" meme... its a bit fricken bonkers over there. It's going to be hella interesting imho.
