Default Yet Another Jihad Thread, Little Help?
Hey Folks,

I haven't started one of these threads before, but being just shy of my 10 year anniversary on the site I was hoping to get a little help for a friend of mine who's basically like family.

A little over a year ago my goddaughter's aunt (one of my best friend's sister) changed her lifestyle and lost over 60 lbs. She did it in baby steps, started eating right, then started walking, then joined Tae Kwon Do, and is not training of Mud Hero.

She feels a lot better, and when I went to visit this Christmas I almost didn't recognize her. I did a double take as I couldn't get over how different she looked.


Ok, enough rambling.
