It is frustrating but we gotta have patience. This rebuild is still in its early phase. Burke signed Klimchuck, Kanzig, and Poirier and added Westgarth. There will be moves in the next 6 weeks.

It just sucks this team is playing so terrible right now especially at home

I think the team was overachieving earlier in the season, all offseason I knew we were going to have long stretches of what we are in now.

Dont want moves for the sake of moves otherwise you get what the oilers just did . I have faith Burke can pull off some good trades coming up but really no need to rush things

Some dufus for dufus trades would be welcomed. Nothing that will jeopardize the future of the rebuild but keep us interested that way. Lots of names in Carolina available.

Send Galiardi down (if you can't trade him) and bring up Granlund. Thought he had earned that call up a few weeks back.

Trade or send down Berra and bring up Orito.

But watching this crap effort night after night sucks. We are resigned to losing, but the effort we saw at the start of the year is gone.

And yeah, something tonight or tomorrow as i am going to Sat nights game and want to see the new bodies live.

Hells yes.

The only stamp Burke has put on the organization so far is to live up to the blowhard reputation.

Hire some people to do the work ffs. Call somebody up. Send somebody down. Clear out a bit of the deadweight he is so clearly not happy with either in the nhl or Abby.

The choice doesn't need to be between dumb knee jerk move and do sweet fata all.

It sucks, but the last thing I want to see is Burke pull a rush trade. Patience is the key. Though not as much patience as Oilers showed. I expect (and hope) to see this team be better next year than it was this. Connor McDavid be damned.

Last time a flames gm made a knee jerkin move it didn't go too well. It's a rebuild and it sucks but it'll be worth it in the end. I foresee multiple championships (like 6 if we sign lebron)

1) Burke should have fired Feaster the second he was hired. Actualy ownership should have fired Feaster before last years deadline and hired Burke.

2) Sven is not ready for the NHL. He will be one day.

3) LOL, not sure what to say?

4) I hate to break it to you, but if Hartely had not put the flames whrough the "hardest work out camp ever", the flames would not have started as good as they did. The Flames would be dead last right now if it was not for that camp.

My expectations were a lottery team but I was hoping to see some more youth in the lineup learning the hard way, Monahan has been fun to watch but blowing Sven's confidence out the window from day one might turn out to be an epic mistake for this organization.

While in a rebuild where winning isn't the #1 priority the fans should see the future on the ice, other kids like Granlund, Knight, Ferland etc should get a few games for a taste.

Hartley/Burke is in "win" mode instead of future mode and I personally can't stand it.
