Can't wait to go to this. If only we knew which of the kids will be future Flames.

All of the Flames scouts will be in attendance (and meeting with Burke collectively for the first time since Feaster and Weisbrod were let go): http://www.calgaryherald.com/sports/...984/story.html

Half the crowd is going to be scouts...

This tends to be the All-Star Game very other All-Star Game wishes it could be.

If Fabbri slides into a spot where the Flames can pick him in 2nd round I would be quite happy. He's small so perhaps not Burke's cup of tea but he's a talented guy.

It's a real shame that Bennett won't play. It would have been great to see all of these guys play against each other, on the same level and stage, to see how they stack up.

I seem to be a fan of Ekblad more than ever now that I know that we have a chance at a good draft pick this year. Honestly, I'm just glad we are finally having the chance at a top 5 pick. In a way, it's a bittersweet feeling...

Interesting that both Al MacInnis and Claude Lemieux have sons playing in this game.

Edit: Sweet jesus these kids were born in 96. It's that moment when you know you're old..

I didn't realize that Josh Ho-Sang was playing in tonight's game. I haven't been following the Spits this year as much as I normally do. I have only been to a couple of games.

I will be interested to hear any thoughts of his game. They have him on a pedestal in Windsor, but I'm reserved on him. He is extremely fast, but the rest of his game leaves a lot to be desired IMO. Hopefully it's just youth and inexperience.
