Estate Planning / Writing a Will

Hey guys,

My wife and I are looking to put a will together, mostly for the benefit of our children. We are both in our early 30's but want to sort out some of the details in the event that something unspeakable were to happen.

Do you guys have any recommendations for a good lawyer to put this together? we are located in SW Calgary.

He may be a little far for you but CPer 'Troutman' helped us out and I would definately recommend him and his team.

We used Gordon at house call wills, very nice guy and convenient. You mentioned kids; I have to say it was nice to have him just come to the house instead of having the little critters running around an office trying to keep them entertained while we did things.

I'm sure Troutman is great though too. I'm not sure how big a Flames fan Gordon from house call wills was.

John fletcher, He's a lot cheaper than other lawyers, but super competent. (he charges less, as he is retiring soon and is phasing out). helped us out big time with a messy probate. He works out of the SE. Super chatty, but doesn't bill you for that.
