The smell of fresh cut grass.
A nap on the sofa, preferably after a beer.

Waves.
Crack of a beer opening.
Petting a dogs head on my lap.
Brand new sheets on a bed.
Swimming in a pool all by myself.
Hugs and kisses from my kid.

When you're washing your car with a power washer in one of those manual car washes.
I just love when your car is filthy and you get that instant satisfaction of seeing it go from brutally dirty to soapy and clean in an instant on each portion of your car.
I particularly enjoy seeing the headlights go from dirty to clean in an instant.

The sound a Ctrain makes on the tracks. Especially when you're at a station where you can't really see it coming because of a corner, and then you just hear that echoey, windy sound in the distance.

- hearing the twitter of mountain bluebirds
- staring into a campfire
- having an afternoon nap with the sound of rain on the roof
- the smell of ozone in the air after an electrical storm

Some similar to others here:
Dog snuggles
Smell of fresh mown grass
Smell of bread fresh from the oven
Smell of fresh turned dirt in the spring
Crisp smell of bonfires in autumn
Crawling into bed after putting fresh clean sheets on the bed
As pylon said, the cold side of the pillow
Baby giggles
Watching my kids together
Listening to my kids laugh
When everything is in order and in its proper place
Newly sharpened pencils (what can I say, I'm a nerd)
Sitting and looking at the mountains
Sunsets and sunrises
Fresh snow
The burst of color in the autumn, and the piles of leaves
The smell of that first cup of coffee in the morning
Walking in the rain (the soft gentle rain, not the downpours)
The first night in autumn when the duvet is finally back on the bed
The smell and feeling of softness of a newborn baby's head
The smell of rain in the air, before it actually rains
Starting a new book
Hoarfrost covering everything
The glow of the white xmas lights when all the lights are off, late at night
The quietness of the house in the morning when I wake up before everyone else
Waking up from a good nap

A strong, powerful shower head
The cold side of a pillow
Getting rid of that piece of food that's been stuck in your teeth for hours
Catching a bus or train ride the moment you walk up
The razor on the back of your neck while getting a hair cut
Opening up a DVD/Movie/Game without having to fight the seal
And of course the smell of naypalm in the morning

Well, I believe in the soul, the ####, the #####, the small of a woman's back, the hanging curve ball, high fiber, good scotch, that the novels of Susan Sontag are self-indulgent, overrated crap. I believe Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone. I believe there ought to be a constitutional amendment outlawing Astroturf and the designated hitter. I believe in the sweet spot, soft-core pornography, opening your presents Christmas morning rather than Christmas Eve and I believe in long, slow, deep, soft, wet kisses that last three days.

Is that before or after you rip it still beating out of their chest while praying to the heathen gods.
Because that would be a really cool simple pleasure.
