Default November 24 - 2 games

3 @ 1

1 @ 4

Both scores FINAL. I was hoping to get some hockey later this evening but I guess that isn't gonna happen.

A quiet Sunday on OOT schedule with the highly anticipated NFL Sunday Night football game and the Grey Cup.
This entire week will have weird scheduling of games since the american Thanksgiving holiday is this week.

The two games both began at 1500h.

at

It is 3-1 for the Hurricanes in the second period and is on TVA Sports in french.
The Senators scored in the first to lead 1-0 on Spezza's goal. The Hurricanes have blown over
Ottawa in the middle period with three consecutive goals. Lehner is in net again for the Senators.

at

This is best game of the two and it is 1-1 late in the second period. These two teams played each other on the second opening night of the season, Detroit won 2-1 in regulation. The common factor here is Ryan Miller is having another all-star performance in keeping the Sabres in the game.

Didn't Detroit lose like 7 games in a row?

2013 5th overall pick Lindholm scored his 2nd goal on the PP.
He now has 2 goals and 1 assist for 3 points in 12 GP. -- Go Monahan!

The Sabres appear snake bitten when they play Detroit in the battle of american border cities. They had their chances but couldn't get the GTG past Gustavsson. It was Miller time again as he faced 33 shots. The Hurricanes are improving in their victory over the Senators. The shots were even, 37-36 for Carolina. It looks like Anderson is getting a rest as Lehner was in net for the 2nd straight game. Cam Ward was great in goal and had 2 highlight reel saves, check them out.
