Sub-plot in the 'Hawks at Predator game: Q announced that Khabibulin starts this one...a road game against a weak offensive team, I expect that this will be 'Bulin's last chance to hang on to an NHL roster spot.

Anyone else getting wicked flashbacks of Flames defenseman Brian Glynn every time Buffalo's Brian Flynn touches the puck?

If only we had Glynn now! Or Flynn!

Cullen and Spalling score for the Preds in the 1st...Khabibulin gave up the 2 goals on 8 shots, then injured himself lunging for a loose puck. I have to believe that this will be it for Khabibulin's NHL career...3 starts and only 1 finish, this season, and a lowly .818 save percentage.

Hossa was scratched, "lower body injury".

All I could think of when news broke of the injuries was how incredibly hot Andi Petrillo is.

Did anyone just see the fight in Leafs/Sabres game? Orr makes an acrobatic move to save Dion. Does a full flip in the air.. I don't think I've ever seen that in a hockey game before in my life.

Hornqvist with a PP goal in Nashville...3-0 Preds halfway through. (Currently scored to Josi...but clearly tipped by Hornqvist)

Scott can be an idiot at times, but I'm not sure why he got kicked out. Orr was the one who flew in there and he's still in the game.

I assume McLaren and Scott were easy to toss out because they were fighting with refs/linemen instead of going to the box. Although looked like Orr might have been doing the same.

Yeah I am not sure how Orr is still in the game. Dangerous play and third man in.

@Kootenay...typical overreaction by officials trying to "Keep Control" based solely on reputation...

Maybe it was to prevent a staged fight which make fighting in general look bad. Maybe dion and Ott can go at it for the biggest doosh in the league award.
