Strange how I wasn't looking to trade away anyone and two days later I have 10 new players sending 5 out.

It definitely sucks getting rid of some of the guys that I sent Dallas' way, but I now have one hell of a farm system.

This helps to set my team up fairly well moving forward now as I have about 8 really good young forwards, about the same amount of good D-men and goalies.

Clearly two franchises that made good trading partners. Buyer and seller. Really happy with the depth I've added on both d and forward. Gave up some nice pieces, particularly in bjugstad, zadorov and ekholm. Lots of b level guys after that.

All and all though I've added some impact pieces. We'll see if any of them fit in...

Probably some depth players heading on the block soon.

Florida cashed in, well done. A lot of good prospects in that list basically for spare parts and UFA fodder.

Well done dallas, take a shot. Lots of depth added for longshot prospects (except Bjugstad). So good return for mediocre prospects.

IMO, Turd has done an excellent job getting the Stars back to a competitive level. Early favorite for GM of the year?
