His thread title says it's a 4; and no, you cannot buy a new one from the Play Store. They have been sold out for weeks now.

It's a pretty good deal; I've seen them selling for around $350 elsewhere. I bought one for my son and it's a great device.

It's the Nexus 4, they've been out of stock for weeks and when they were last in stock the 16gb was $350 and I've seen other people asking for $300-$350.
