I think both songs are produced by the same group. You can see the pattern here: a bunch of pre-teens running around singing about dumb things, and all of the sudden a black rapper dude jumps out of nowhere. That dude is borderline pedophile creepy...

Lol, I don't think you can put rebecca black and this clown in the same category as Gangam Style. GS was actually a good tune and to date, I have not heard any dance remixes of "its friday" or "chinese food" being played at the bars.
It's one guy and his low budget studio making custom pre-teen music videos for kids with rich parents. That's why all the innocuous subject matter like cereal eating, Fridays, Chinese food, etc.
