Really good effort tonight done in by soft goaltending and shoddy power play. This sub .900 save percentage stuff is starting to get a little old. Leafs got lucky tonight but hopefully the Flames can pay them back in Toronto.

Colborne had a good game I guess but still I much prefer Backlund..
What are we showcasing Colborne for, a trade for a 3rd or something?

Team played well, terrible goaltending and suspect coaching killed us.

Pulling the goalie was the smart move.
Tough loss, great game played by most the team

Colborne with 23:54... next closest on forward is Cammalleri with 22:38.

Flames played very well tonight. The bounces just weren't going our way and Bernier was very good... Frustrating.

Ramo with a below average game. Every goalie will allow a bad goal every once in a while but you can't have 3 in a game where the other goalie is playing lights out. Got totally outplayed by Bernier tonight. Hopefully we see a good bounce back by him on Friday, Kipper style.

How I feel losing to the Leafs...
Flames PP tonight made me...
Can't fault the effort thought, at least they were shooting.

Kinda frustrating but I have to keep on reminding myself that this is a rebuild and to not be phased by looses.

Brodie with another brutal turnover that ends up in the back of the net. Hopefully he gets his mojo back soon.

I like Colbourne and his size plus his willingness to go the net. To me he's a work in progress player who has gotten better since his trade to the Flames. That said I do have to wonder if he size is a factor in his ice time.
I would love to hear why Backlund was scratched. For the most part he has been great this season.
