Top line out-classed in this one as the Stars drop there 2nd of the season.

4 in a row for the Jackets and this time they actually score 4 goals. Capitals outshot us but when you have Ryan Miller in net, anything is possible, he even picked up an assist! The powerplay was the big difference as the Jackets went 2 for 8 while shutting down the Caps.

The newly formed 2nd line was bad and Franzen and Alfredsson are going to have to step it up.

Scoring in this one came from unlikely sources and even though that's 4 in a row now for the Jackets is due in large part to Ryan Miller, expect some line tweaking in the next couple of games.
