Default What Can I Do
Can I, as a brand new member, buy tickets? Trade tickets? It's pretty clear I can't sell for a long while, which is fine.

Also, I read the FAQ, what does PM mean?

I don't really know the answers to your first couple of questions but PM means "private message" using the private messaging function here.
