New Flames fan in the house!!!
Gunnar Douglas William born October 13, 2013 at 12:17 am after 22 hours of labour, 9 pound 3. 21.5 in.
Still hasn't sunk in that I'm a fricken dad, so exciting though.

Not much really. We had a 2nd support person with us that kept us company. The worst part is waiting in the triage area, once you get to birthing room it's a lot more comfortable.
Congrats man it's fricken awesome being a dad
