Business Plan University Project

For my business class at university I have to make an Executive Summary of a Business Plan for a new business that I would be interested in pursuing as a career.

Just wondering if any of you have any ideas on what I could write about? It can be literally anything. Just thought some of you may have some cool business plans in your mind

helping people prepare business plans is actually a good business in itself.
Many people out there have great ideas for business but dont know how to put a business plan together to have a "plan" in place, seek financing, angel investors. etc.

I use to prepare business plans for clients... and West Yellowhead Community Futures is a great organization.
