Ouch. Ok I take it back, I hate this method!

Missed out on Fisher by under under $0.4 and Boyes by less than $0.8, the rest were sheer hopes that someone got missed but nobody worth signing really did.

Congrats to all the winners! Look forward to round 2! As much as there are is disagreement on how it should all work, it sure is exciting as hell so I like it just fine.

Glad to pick up horcoff for a couple years, he should be able to move up and down between 2nd and 3rd line. We barely lost out on Kelly but had targeted three forwards so I'm happy I got one. Funny that Joey Mac got more then Ramo (I did not bid on either!).

Colorado blew their load on fisher for some terribad reason, best value contract goes to Philly with Klesla.

Pens wanted to add a veteran D and a depth F. We went hard after 2 D. We struck out on the forward and ended up getting both the D that we bid on. Will probably look at moving one guy out or may just keep an 8 man defense to start the season.

Damn I got Ramo

Joey MacDonald was 73ov and would cost me 4M to retain. I made the decision That I would rather run with Jack Campbell a 69ov at 500k as my backup. Figure I would take a lottery ticket on Ramo, if he earns himself as a backup or better then next year he will be bargain (4M being the price for backup)... if he doesn't I'll make him AHL fodder for a couple years

Really happy to add Burrows to the team. I needed another winger to round out my top 6 and he fits that perfectly.

I have a small amount of cap to add a depth player but if I'm making any other significant moves it will be via trade.

sent in four offers - missed the three skaters pretty clearly, but got Clemmensen at a reasonable price (especially in comparison to Ramo and MacDonald, thanks to their Flames affiliation).

My goalie strategy worked out pretty well - sold Neuvirth and signed Clemmensen. I took a 1 OV hit, but saved 1.3m in cap space through it and added a bottom six player (Clune), a Flames prospect (Jooris) and a 4th. I'm quite happy with that. Hoping to have better luck with the skaters in the next batches.
